Periodization
The MotoE performance program develops personalized training programs that are derived from the racer's current ability level, upcoming race schedule and performance goals after factoring in such elements as the availability of time to train, family and social responsibilities and work schedules. The performance program incorporates the following components into your weekly workouts.

How the Individualized Training Program Works
Depending on which program you choose, each week, you will receive a detailed workout schedule for each day of the upcoming week. Each day will have an outline of your workouts, the exact exertion level needed and the required duration - all based on your goals and availability of time to train! This performance program will take all of the guess work out of your workouts.

- Fill out the MotoE’s New Racer Profile and submit to MotoE for review
- Fill out the MotoE’s New Racer Profile and submit to MotoE for review
- MotoE will email you set up a phone consultation date and time to discuss goals and race schedule
- Submit a credit card for your chosen performance program
- Check your email by Friday for the next weeks' workouts!
