The MotoE performance program develops personalized training programs that are derived from the racer's current ability level, upcoming race schedule and performance goals after factoring in such elements as the availability of time to train, family and social responsibilities and work schedules. The performance program incorporates the following components into your weekly workouts.

How the Individualized Training Program Works
Depending on which program you choose, each week, you will receive a detailed workout schedule for each day of the upcoming week. Each day will have an outline of your workouts, the exact exertion level needed and the required duration - all based on your goals and availability of time to train! This performance program will take all of the guess work out of your workouts.

One on One Optimization Workshops with Robb
If you are interested in finding out how to squeeze the greatest result (in the shortest amount of time) out of your training equipment and tracks that you have available to you at home, Robb will fly in and spend two full days (10 hours each day) helping you put together the ultimate performance program.
What will be created for you by the MotoE one on one optimization program:
A daily schedule outlining all of your meals, travel time and workouts to minimize the frustration of how to put all of the pieces together and avoid becoming fatigued
Establish a high energy, well balanced nutritional program that is easy to create
Calculate your body fat/lean muscle calculations to determine your strength to weight ratios and how to increase your overall power output
Establish proper techniques of cross training to avoid injuries and yield the highest fitness benefits (i.e. Concept 2 Rowers, Man and Machine Equipment, strength exercises, bicycle trainers, mountain bike set up, etc.)
Field testing at the motocross track to establish pacing charts to develop the various energy systems necessary for faster lap times late in the moto
Create an optimum performance hydration program to avoid dehydration and muscular fatigue
Establish a warm up routine that will prepare the body for the demands of racing; avoid using the first lap of the race to get up to speed
The workshop will leave you with a simple and effective training program that will guarantee that you don’t waste any time when it comes to training and racing using your equipment and tracks.
