Body fat evaluation: initial assessment and tracking throughout the season
Strength assessments: initial assessments and determining load levels throughout the season
Field testing: Max heart rate and associated HR training zones; evaluating throughout the season
Flexibility: determining range of motion limitation; developing specific stretches to establish optimum range of motion
Nutrition: evaluate current diet; develop performance menus to reduce body fat and enhance lean muscle tissue; create race day meal planning
Balance work: assess and provide enhancement drills to improve proprioceptive skills both on and off of the motorcycle
Psychology: develop and maintain a comprehensive mental program for optimum results on race day
