To ride a motorcycle fast requires that you have the strength to offset both the weight of the motorcycle as well as the velocity associated with speed. Add to the equation various track obstacles (i.e. corners, jumps, etc.) and you have a rider that needs to be strong to be successful on the track.
Lack of muscular strength on the track will cause the following problems:
Late moto fatigue because you are unable to handle your horsepower
Inconsistent lap times to due muscular weakness and lack of endurance
Inconsistent starts due to weak inner thigh, core and lower back muscles
On the gas too late because you don’t have the strength to “hold” the bike while under full acceleration
Braking into turns too early because you don’t have the strength to position the bike in the optimum position
Limited jumping abilities due to inadequate strength in your legs and core muscles to pre-load the bike and “lift” the bike
Limited speed thru the rough and whoop sections due to weak leg and core muscles to “hold” the bike stable while on the throttle which allows your bike to swap and lose momentum
The MotoE Strength & Plyometric Performance Program™ is the first COMPLETE strength program specific to motocross and supercross that incorporates anatomy, physiology and kinesiology while applying the physics of riding and racing to create full body strength and muscular integration for maximum speeds and reduced risk of injury.
By following this systematic MotoE Strength & Plyometric Performance Program™, you will not only develop the necessary strength & muscular endurance to obtain new levels of speed, but also reach peak conditioning based on your racing schedule. This program will not leave you with the typical side effects of strength training: residual fatigue, muscular soreness, slow reaction times and missed lines resulting in wrecks!
Why is this program so effective for racers of all abilities? By implementing a unique process that Coach Robb refers to as Sport Specific Functional Integration™, you the racer, will be run through a series of exercises. These exercises will immediately identify your motocross specific weaknesses and then MotoE will provide you simple and clear direction on how to cross train with weights and plyometrics to maximize your training efforts to eliminate your weaknesses.
Here are a few comments from racers about the MotoE Strength & Plyometric Performance Program™
“I can’t believe how weak I actually was prior to starting the MotoE Strength Program. I felt a difference on the bike in only two weeks of following this program. Thank you Coach Robb.” Steve/Florida
“I lost a high profile race due to late moto fatigue in motos 2 and 3 and didn’t understand how to turn things around. After following the MotoE Program for 1 year, I am actually leading the same competition by 3-5 seconds every race.” Matt/Minnesota
“Because I live out of my motor home 50 weeks out of the year, I needed a program that was simple to follow and one that didn’t require having access to a gym. The MotoE Program showed me exactly what I needed and how to create a program while living on the road”. Alex/California
“I was being trained by a popular trainer who literally ran me into exhaustion – high intensity training every day, seven days a week. Not only did I get burned out physically, mentally I wanted to quit the sport. I was referred to the MotoE Program by a fellow racer who was having great results and after following the program for the last four months, I am surprised how my energy levels have recovered, my strength levels have increased a lot and I am now seeing speeds on the bike that I was not able to get to prior to being on the program. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who is struggling mentally or physically on the track – it works!” Nick/California
“As a full time working man who doesn’t have a lot of time to train during the week, the MotoE Program provided me a quick, yet effective cross training program that prepared my body to race at the front of every moto with very little effort. Prior to being on the MotoE Program, I was either too sore from lifting incorrectly or not strong enough to hang onto the bike for the entire moto. If you are tight on time, this program is for you. Ryan/Australia
