Program Schedule: Monthly (first program begin Tuesday, December 27, 2011)
Program Costs: $2,000 per calendar month



$ 750 per week (Mon-Sunday)
Program Size: 6 riders per month (first come, first served)

Motosports facility:
- Professionally built track (by Jason Baker)
- Water and grooming equipment on site (equipment run by experienced professionals)
- RV parking (level area in close proximity to bike wash and mechanics shop)
- Professional mechanic & shop onsite (has experience at the professional level/national circuit)
- Bike Wash Area (water and concrete pads)
- Concrete road to and from facility;
- Surrounding riding areas for road bikes that will be used during cross training workouts
- Nearby mountain bike trails that will be used for training off of the motorcycle
Motosports facility/recreational elements
- Complete Fishing pond (stocked with large mouth bass-catch & release program)
- Full sized basketball court
Riding Program
- Tim Ferry will be hosting skills & drills 2 days a week (4-5 hours per day)
Specific day and times will be provided the beginning of each week.
MotoE Human Performance Program
- Robb Beams - 4-6 hours weekly to discuss topics such as:

How to Avoid Late Moto Fatigue

How Strength Training Improves Your Lap Times

How Flexibility Reduces Your Risk Of Injury

Nutrition: What to Eat On Race Day; What to Eat to Build Muscle/Burn Fat

Mental: MotoE's Blueprint of Success - Creating Successful Results
- Weekly: Each rider will be provided a MotoE Cross-Training Program for off the motorcycle protocols specific to strength, endurance & flexibility
- Unlimited email communication directly with Robb

MotoE Racer Performance Profile
NOTE: This profile will be established based on the rider's individualized results captured while training at the MotoE Performance Training Center
Each rider will leave the MotoE Performance Training Center with an individualized Blueprint of Success Performance Progam which includes:
- MotoE Riding Report Card (starts, corners, jumping, timing sections, speed and endurance) Note: will be created based on Timmy’s recommendations and produced by MotoE
- MotoE Performance Report Card
Max Heart Rate Assessments – mx, bicycle and Concept 2 Rower
Heart rate training zones – aerobic to anaerobic threshold
Body Composition – body fat to lean muscle ratios
Sweat rate calculator
- Time Trial Evaluations – elapsed time, average heart rate, maximum heart rate
- Push-Pull-Sprint Evaluations
- Maximum Aerobic Function Evaluations
- Functional Strength Evaluations
- MotoE Functional Strength Program (20 week program)
- MotoE Hydration Program (pre-during-post racing and workouts)
- MotoE Sweat Rate Program (how much fluid to consume and when – specific to pre-during-post racing and cross training)
- MotoE Motocross Specific Training Program (20 week program)
- MotoE’s Blueprint of Success Mental Development Program (Stages 1 & 2)
- MotoE Meal & Snack Suggestions (20 week program)
Equipment each rider needs to bring to the facility:
- Well kept and safe motorcycle and associated riding gear
- All fuel, oil and lubricants for the motorcycle
- All replacement parts to keep the bike running in a safe manner
- Road bicycle and/or mountain bike (if you don't have a bicycle, you will not be able to participate in the group rides off property
- Heart rate monitor with fresh battery
