2010 MotoE Performance Training Camps – 3 Days

Where | Haines City, Florida

Months | January – December 2009

Performance Camp Days | Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Max # of Riders per week | Ten (10)

Eligible Riders | 65cc – 450cc bikes (riders grouped by bike size and ability level, we do not offer a 50cc program at this time)

Cost to Rider | $500 per week (includes RV spot and training camp)

Performance Camp Itinerary

Performance Camp Itinerary

Tuesday: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm (7 Hours)
- Determine riders Max HR with cross training
- Determine nutritional profile of each rider
- Develop a pre-riding warm up and stretching routine
- Motocross performance workout on the track
- Assess physical strength
- Assess flexibility

Wednesday: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm (7 Hours)
- Implement/test the pre-riding warm up and stretching routine
- Motocross performance workout on the track
- Implement the post workout flexibility and nutritional recovery strategy
- Cross training cardio workout (Concept2 rowing and/or cycling)
- Implement a sports psychology strategy for training and racing at the elite level

Thursday: 10:00 am –5:00 pm (7 Hours)
- Implement/test the pre-riding warm up and stretching routine
- Motocross performance drills on the track
- Implement the post workout flexibility and nutritional recovery strategy
- Complete a motocross specific strength and plyometric workout
- Introductory media training, including on-camera “podium” style interview.

Total time of structured camp activities: 21+ hours

Access to the following performance elements is between 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

Track Access:
- Motocross Track
- Corner Track


Track Elements:
- Designated area for practicing starts

- Designated area for practicing corners


Warehouse:
- MotoE performance sweat shop

- Bike storage space for equipment while riders are away from the property

- Bike wash area


Motor home parking:
- Overnight parking for motor homes and trailers

- Water and electric hookups motor homes

- Sewage service (service comes to the property one time a week)

- Diesel fuel on property for purchase

MotoE Performance Facility’s Track Overview

Track Features:
Rhythm section, whoops, off camber turns, elevation changes, Supercross sized finish line jump, forty five foot double, smaller double sections and a starting line complete with a first turn

Track Dirt:
There is a combination of orange clay and dark loamy dirt with mixed areas

Track Maintenance:
The track is watered and groomed daily but is allowed to roughen up throughout the day as normal wear and tear of actual racing would naturally occur

Corners range from flat and naturally slippery to deep with numerous ruts
